Follow up on previous posting on China being the leader,  from the chart you can see the retracement level. I think Shanghai Composite Index will test the 50% retracement level. The 200 moving average is also at around that level.

China stock market has broken the uptrendline. watch it . CSI system already give sell signal since 12/08 .

China being the leader so watch it for STI .

We can see from here that after 2 buy signal in mid Mar , the CSI system has a sell signal on 13/08/09. Currently it is still a stay out signal.

Technical speaking, the 100MA (yellow ) is not providing the support. Looking at the magnitude of the fall, they maybe a short rally before testing the 200MA (red).

For STI , I will remain cautious as the leaders has already show weakness.

Still a buy on CSI system 3 signal to buy so far.
