STRAITS TIMES INDEX
Panning out inline with our bullish expectations, the Straits Times Index managed to record another round of gains with a 1.2% weekly increment. As the STI continues to ride on its present Wave 5 for the current week, we thus opine that there remains room for additional upside notwithstanding that the index had already jumped by a hefty 6.0% in the current month so far.
It may pull back but will climb up again. STI resistance/support: 2947/2875

As of now, the STI is down -12 point at 2894. This few days the STI is hovering around 2900 with thining of volume after it fails to break the recent high. Do u think a reversal or correction is coming from a technical point of view? How do we tell it is a reversal or simply a correction for the STI to move higher?
