Magnus energy … latest news … INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING – CLOSURE OF PROSPECTUS
The Board of APAC Coal Limited is pleased to report that it has achieved the minimum level of subscriptions to enable it to proceed to a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. Full details on funds raised will be notified once all funds have cleared. The Board anticipates the following timetable to listing (subject to liaison with ASX):
25/06/08 – Shares allotted
03/07/08 – Admission date
08/07/08 – Listing date
